The show’s casting directors have just released casting notices for scenes that will be filming  in the Chicagoland area. The show needs lots of talent to work as paid background extras. There is a call out for general extras who are available to work in scenes on various days this week or next.  Please see the casting notices listed below for all the details.

Local to the Chicago and surrounding border states ONLY!

We are searching for MALE OR FEMALE (TWINS OR TRIPLETS) ASIAN BABIES (mixed ethnicity of Asian and another ethnicity is good too) to work on “Chicago Med”! If your babies are between 8 months and 12 months old and can work a few days here and there from July through April (this might only be every few episodes where they might ask us for this part) please send us a recent color photograph of your babies with their name, age, height, weight, clothing sizes and phone number to med5season@gmail.com and put “Baby V Twin” in the subject line.

Babies who are cast will need to obtain a work permit (we can tell you how to do this) The rate of pay is $125 for a four hour shoot. We are experts working with newborns and babies on this show. We always have a nurse medic on set and the parents are always in view of their babies while they film.

REAL FEMALE NURSES! LOCAL TO THE CHICAGO AREA AND SURROUNDING BORDER STATES ONLY!

We are searching for real female nurses, Middle Eastern, Asian, Latino, and Caucasian who can work multiple days as part of our CORE GROUP of real nurses on “Chicago Med”. If you can work two to four days out of every two weeks (week days!) and are pretty flexible send a recent color photograph ASAP in uniform and let us know what type of nursing you practice to Med5season@gmail.com and put “Real Nurse Core” in the subject line.

Include your height, weight, age, phone number, city, state and clothing sizes.

We will show photos to our directors and figure out who is a good fit. You will need to have a current government ID and a social security card if you are chosen to work.

Searching for men and women, 22 to 29, all ethnicities, who can work multiple days each episode on “Chicago Med” to play MEDICAL STUDENTS. We start July 12th and shoot thru the beginning of April. We shoot Monday thru Friday with an occasional Saturday. We shoot about five to six days of our eight day episode in the hospital and we would could need you 4 to 6 times each episode.

If you are totally available to work, if you are chosen as a med student, send in a recent color photograph with your current hair cut and style, and current facial hair (if any) for men, to Med5season@gmail.com and put “Med Student Core” in the subject line. CASTING STANDIN ALERT! Searching for a Caucasian male, 30’s to 60’s, 6’3 to 6’5, 230 to 250 lbs, dark hair, clean shaven, to work as one of the main stand-ins (same height and coloring as actor to use in place of actor to light and block the set), almost every day, Monday thru Friday, and an occasional Saturday, on “Chicago Med”.
